Once you've completed the Onboarding Guide you may be asking yourself “So, is this thing working now?”. There are several ways you can learn the answer to this questions.
The setup guide highlights the platforms and operating systems that you may be using. Each highlighted button has an icon in the top left corner. If the icon is a checkmark, you're good to go.
If you see a wrench icon instead, ControlD is not being used.
Simply visit this link on a device where ControlD is configured: https://verify.controld.com/ip
If it loads, ControlD is working. If it doesn't, it isn't working. Check this troubleshooting article.
Simple enable the query log in the bottom left corner of the ControlD Control Panel. If you see DNS queries being logged there as you browser, ControlD is working. If you see nothing, then it's not working. Check this troubleshooting article.
