Once you've completed the Onboarding Guide you may be asking yourself “So, is this thing working now?”. There are several ways you can learn the answer to this questions.
Look in the top left corner of the Control Panel. Next to the logo, it will show you the status. When everything is working as expected, you will see a checkmark + word “Detected” under the device name that is configured.
If you see a red X instead, you're currently not using Control D.
Simply visit this link on a device where Control D is configured: https://verify.controld.com/ip
If it loads, Control D is working. If it doesn't, it isn't working. Check this troubleshooting article.
Simply enable the Activity Log in the bottom left corner of the Control D Control Panel. If you see DNS queries being logged there as you browse, Control D is working. If you see nothing, then it's not working. Check this troubleshooting article.
